ezez Terms and Conditions – Your Agreement with the Platform

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered on the ezez platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any update or modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. To access the full features of the ezez platform, you are required to register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. Each player is permitted to hold only one account, and duplicate registrations are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, household, device, or IP address, ezez reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and review any transactions conducted through them. It is your responsibility to ensure that all registration details — including your name, contact information, and date of birth — are truthful and kept up to date throughout the duration of your account.

Once your account is created, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login details with any other person. ezez will never ask you for your password through any communication channel, and any request for your password from someone claiming to represent the platform should be treated as suspicious and reported immediately. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact the ezez support team without delay so that appropriate protective measures can be taken. The platform cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized account access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login information.

All financial transactions on the ezez platform — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). This ensures that Filipino players always know the exact local value of their account balance without the uncertainty of currency conversion. Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider, and withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the platform's current processing schedule. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method you use belongs to you and that it is valid and in good standing at the time of the transaction.

ezez reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, age misrepresentation, or any behavior that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users. In cases where a suspension is applied pending investigation, the player will be notified where reasonably practicable, and the account balance will be held securely during the review period. Where a breach is confirmed, ezez may permanently close the account and withhold any balance that is found to be connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Players also have the right to request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting the ezez support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to dispute or investigation will be returned to the player through their verified payment method. If a player wishes to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons, this can be arranged through the Responsible Gaming section, and the self-exclusion will be honored promptly. Re-registration after a self-exclusion period must comply with any applicable cooling-off requirements as described in the responsible gaming guidelines. Account closures initiated by the player for any reason are processed as quickly as operationally possible, and the player's personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The ezez platform may reference or interact with third-party services such as payment processors, game content providers, and identity verification services in the course of providing its features to players. By using the ezez platform, you consent to this jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in Philippine courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection legislation applicable in the Philippines.
